Basics of Yachting
The «Basics of Yachting» is a course consisting of 6 steps on weekdays
or 4 steps on weekends where you will study the necessary minimum
of theory and learn how to control a sports sailing boat. The course consist
of a mix of onshore theory and water-based learning and practice.

Basics of Racing
This course helps you to dive into the world of sail racing. If you are a novice sailor or already have experience, our course will help you understand the basic principles of boat handling and better understand what needs to be done during races. You will learn about the rules and tactics of sail racing, steering skills, and receive valuable advice from professionals.

How a sailing yacht works
In the very first class, you will learn what the hull of the yacht is made of, what the spars and rigging are, and how to prepare for the water
Marine knots
Even a beginner sailor needs to know the basic marine knots: We'll teach you how to tie some of the most necessary ones
Sailing
Together with our instructors, you will learn how the sails works and how to adjust them properly

Training takes place in small groups of 3 or 6 people — this format will allow you to pay maximum attention to each student.

Teachers of the special course are experienced and qualified instructors of the Wind Rises.

The course consists of lectures, on-water trainings on various topics in yachting and one final race:  nine parts on weekdays and four parts on weekends.

Can a sailing boat rollover?
Nope, it’s almost impossible to roll over on a keelboat
I’ve never sailed before. Are your trainings suitable for me?
